Ian is a Senior Executive with extensive experience of hiring, coaching and managing highly performant, Sales, Pre and Post Sales teams across EMEA for over 20 years.
Based in the Uk where Ian serves as the EMEA Regional Lead for EncompaaS, as well as using his expertise to support and guide the Global Pre-Sales Team, Ian applies his expertise and experience to empower enterprises in highly regulated industries to automate compliance and privacy risk mitigation while unlocking the full potential of their data for optimum business outcomes.
As well as being part of the management team for KVS who were acquired by Veritas/Symantec in 2007, Ian has held senior positions for HP Software and Hewlett Packard Enterprise spanning over 12 years.
