With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the global information management and governance market, David is widely regarded as an industry thought leader in next-generation information governance and data management solutions for large enterprises globally.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area where he serves as the Chief Customer Officer for EncompaaS, David applies his expertise and experience to empower enterprises in highly regulated industries to automate compliance and privacy risk mitigation while unlocking the full potential of their data for optimum business outcomes.
Gould previously served as Worldwide Senior Director for HP Software, Information Governance Solutions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for nearly 10 years. He was also the Engagement Manager at Everything Channel serving global tech giants and co-founded a startup offering process management and document control for regulated companies.
David earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
